Hi babes- sorry for the late Mini DeLites’ post but the Internet wasn’t working until late last night…

Anyway.

Being sick was a real butthole.

I lost so much time & fitness-wise I feel weaker. Ughhhh, buzzkill.

Immediately following my cold/cough/phlegm-filled virus, I had to go straight back to work with absolutely no mercy. Saturday I worked my ass of to play catch up. Sunday was spent filming our YouTube channel for about ten hours. Literally. And yesterday I hoped a plane to Vegas to help my friends, Westin & Preston with a furniture tradeshow.

And if you’re dying to know: the West Nile-ish cold still lingers. Sooo I’m trying to be careful.

In Sin City.

Hmmm.

Anddddd after being knocked down last week, I’m freaking working out in Vegas. Nothing’s stopping me. I def packed my Nike’s.

Mini DeLites…Through my iPhone

Naturally, I’m blogging in bed/eating/watching Dexter/returning e-mails/pounding water. Multi-tasking, per usual. Oh, & BTW I’m snacking on the best thing ever= sliced red bell peppers + diced hothouse cucumber + hummus + a few squeezes of lemon. Yum.

Since this weekend was go, go, go, today has been spent playing catch-up & fueling my bod with pure healthiness. Lots of flaxseed, green tea, berries, eggs, vitamins, water, veggies, a bee pollen smoothie, turkey slices, & some bomb.com light cheese.

You play, you pay! No one wants a ‘food hangover,’ so after a crazy weekend, eating as clean as possible is super important.

A little weekend recap: I went to LA for a couple of meetings & to visit friends. Our stay at the SLS began with Michael surprising me with champagne & berries by their outside fireplace [ <3 x 1,000 ]. On Saturday night we all went to The Black Keys concert– they’re so talented! Sunday the fam & I celebrated the Nanz’ birthday; my step-mom served spaghetti squash with pine nuts, basil-filled Bruschetta, & a side salad [ stealing this recipe ASAP ]. The weekend ended with computer work until midnight. Oh, & I literally fell asleep sitting up on my comp. LMAO.
