Each Halloween I honestly consider handing out organic red apples to trick-or-treaters. Too much? Nah.

I mean…is it so awful that I’m looking out for their health/teeth?! Geez.

Ok, ok, enjoy some candy tonight…but at least eat the fun-sized version?

If we’re talking candy, my ultimate favie is frozen gummy bears [ remember this post? ]. Any gummy gets me. These Trader Joe-bought, ghoulie tummies are spooktacular, delish, and they’re made with real fruit [ & w/o sickie preservatives ]. So. Why freeze them? Because they’re hard to chew. When you’re watching a movie, shoving gummy’s in you mouth, you end up overeating. Welllll, if they’re frozen, the ghouls take way longer to eat. Chewy bitches. Ta-da.

Other options: throw the frozen, creepy crawlers in a vodka martini, a glass of bubbly, or freeze them in ice cube trays [ like this ].

Happy Halloween Lovers- get creepy…; )

Love.L
