Today was one of those days where I wanted to do nothing. Just lay around like a lazy slob in bed & watch trashy TV. Buttttttt my discipline kicked in: a little voice in my head said ‘get yo ass out of bed & be productive!’ Discipline can be a real bitch.
So. I peeled myself from the fluffy, oh-so-comfortable bed & went to Pilates. I feel soooo much better now ; ).
Sometimes beauty, fitness, etc. is painful! It’s worth it though- in the end feeling good about yourself always wins.
Happy weekend Babes!

I feel as if the days when I want to be the most lazy end up being the days when I have the best workouts! It just takes more convincing myself to actually get there, but it is always worth it!

Love your blog btw

Thanks Natasha! You’re a doll ; ).
‘Gettin it in’ definitely makes a blah day into a good one! Working out has brought so much to my life, and I was definitely one of those people who never thought I would be a lover of exercise. But now? Couldn’t imagine my life without it.
Couldn’t agree more, Tam! XO.
Why does that last picture make me feel super motivated? I want it as wallpaper for a wall in my apartment, haha!
Haha! This blog gives me motivation to get my butt to yoga tomorrow XX

So true! When I feel like watching TV all day and not go to the gym, I always tell myself that I’ll feel sooo good after y wotkout and then I can watch TV the rest of the day – that usually gets my ass to the gym!
