    ‘Sweat releases stress’– there’s your most motivating reason to exercise right there. You’ll feel better. Gets me out there. Gives me a benefit in the here and now– stress relief. My exercise is fun, since it’s figure skating. Try to find an exercise you love, then it will never be a chore!

    Very wise words. It may be the weekend but I went for a run Friday, did yoga yesterday and I’m going horse riding today. Working out and being active is just part of my life now.
