A pet peeve: when I’m in bed. watching a movie. with a glass of wine. spooning my dog. completely relaxed…and there’s nothing to satisfy my hand-to-mouth, sweet tooth [ *end of the world* ]. Nowadays food seems to have way too many hidden chemicals & added sugars. Welp, I took matters into my own hands with this lil DIY. These mini Greek yogurt frozen chips stole my heart when I was pinning away on Pinterest. Oh, & since they’re ugly without coloring, I secretly added a drop of neon food coloring [ sahahahaha!~!! ].

+ Frozen Greek Yogurt Chips
Your choice of Chobani Greek yogurt [ my pick: strawberry banana low-fat ]
1 drop of food color [ just because ]
1 Ziplock bag
Directions: mix Greek yogurt with a drop of food color [ next time I'll try turquoise ]. Add Greek yogurt into a Ziplock bag that is surrounding a cup. Separate the cup from the bag after you’ve poured the yogurt in to it. Seal the bag & cut the tiniest hole at one corner of the plastic bag. Use a small plate, making dots everywhere. Freeze for two hours.
