I love the Women’s Brooks Epiphany Support Tank II in teal bc everyone needs a little support when going for a run (and teal is my favorite color)!
My favorite apparel item is the Nike womens Tempo Track shorts! They allow me to run without worrying that my shorts are going to ride up, they provide a comfortable running environment and I always look cute at the gym

I love love love the Under Armour UA Fly-By Stretch Mesh Tank (http://www.roadrunnersports.com/rrs/products/UAL185/?cc=PKS). The tank looks light and breathable, which is a plus especially during the hot summer months. Not only does the tank seem practical, it also is style conscious (with the elastic on the back and the available neon colors. I think this tank top is awesome, but it is a workout shirt that you wouldn’t be embarrassed to be seen in when not hitting the gym!

I love the Stick. It has saved me from very sever plantar fasciitis and I use it daily to deal with sore muscles from working out, cycling, and running. A must have item in my opinion.
For me, Women’s RRS High-Speed Compression 8″ Shorts in any of the colors but, I lean towards black (hey, black goes with everything, right?).

My favorite item are the Men’s Nike Fundamental 2″ Split Shorts. They’re really comfortable (almost all my running shorts are, but these are even better), and I like them the most because they’re the only running shorts with slits on the sides that I have.
