Japanese styled dried seaweed is my favorite thing.“ - Tara Bosstick

Daily organic Greek yogurt with berries & a tad of organic honey.” – Alana Arnold

Add edamames in your salad- they’re delicious.” – Simone Wasserman

Cardio intervals on the treadmill, stair-climber, & elliptical.” – Brittany Barbos

Spinach salad with cherry tomatoes & one hard boiled egg- it doesn’t even need dressing.” – Jackie Becerra

Start off the day with a Starbucks green tea- it’s a natural diuretic so it’s naturally slimming.” - Jordan Bosstick

Arnica is fabulous for taking away bloat- models use it all the time.” – Simone Wasserman

Coconut water: it flushes everything out & an Isagenix shake a day.” – Dory Hechter
