The Super Bowl is Sunday & I could not be more excited to relax, have a few drinks, & eat some delicious food. I am sure there are countless options for SB grub, but these are some quick snacks that won’t provide a severe muffin top.

+ Cucumber Slices w/ Cheese: cut a Hot House cucumber up & add low-fat cheddar string cheese, Laughing Cow light wedges & swiss cheese to slices.

+ Mixed Fruit Salad: combine berries, pineapple & watermelon. Add a full Meyer lemon, Greek 0% yogurt, & a tablespoon of honey. Mix thoroughly.

+ Salsamole: buy fresh pico de gallo mix. Cut four avocados up & mash with a fork. Squeeze the juice from two limes. Add avocado & lime juice to pico de gallo mix. Mix up. Sprinkle a few dashes of sea salt. Top with cilantro. Chips of choice: brown rice chips.

+++ Two other snack options found here & here.

+ Choice of beer? Heineken Light.
