It’s rare for my day to begin without bee pollen & flaxseed. I sprinkle it in smoothies, cereal, & oatmeal all the time. This morning my breakfast consisted of a few scoops of Ezekiel cereal, pumpkin spice, rice milk, Truvia, blueberries, refrigerated bee pollen, & flaxseed. Even though there are plenty of healthy breakfast options, they aren’t always time efficient. Cold cereal is convenient for when I am
running late low on time & famished.
* Quick skinny tip: These Antropologie tiny bowls are amazing when it comes to portion control. There’s no need to pour your AM cereal into a horse trough; plan ahead, buy smaller dishes.
+ High in B Vitamins.
+ Eliminates bloat.
+ Promotes proper function of the intestines [ ew!, but necessary ].
+ Note: it’s better for the flaxseeds to be ground for nutrients, however regular flaxseed taste better – I use both.

+ Note: the refrigerated brands are best.
After discovering Jennifer Aniston’s pizza recipe on a local news station, I was beyond excited. Somehow Jennifer Aniston + pizza makes me incessantly happy. She stated that this thin crust Greek pizza was her favorite homemade recipe [ yes, with her toned, amazing figure she still eats pizza ]. I tested it out this weekend & the total preparation time took ten minutes. I threw it in the oven, flipped through US Weekly, & before I knew it Jennifer’s pizza was ready to serve. Oh, and the strawberry “spa water” & Pixy in her high chair were the perfect complements to the dinner.

No one likes a rainy Monday. It is difficult enough to get out of bed, after a relaxing weekend to face the cliché of “blue Monday.” Instead of staying indoors, I decided to brave the awful weather which is turning out predictably inconvenient & annoying. I am the type of person that embraces sunny days & when it comes to exercising, it’s officially more motivating to complete a workout with sunshine. After today’s errands, work & Pure Barre, I am looking forward to sitting by the fire with Pixy and TiVo. It’s the simple things right?
