It was effortless & tasted decent. Juicer's Veggie Cleanse

Juicer’s Three Day Cleanse

* Three days of juices, eight ounces every hour for eight hours, lots of water in between & lean protein with veggies after 6 pm.

Day 1: Fresh 7 Liver & Kidney Detox

Blend 3 apples, 3 beets, 3 tomatoes, 3 large carrots, 3 pieces of celery, 3 cucumber, & 3 juiced lemon together [ 8 oz. every hour for 8 hours ].

Day 2: Fresh 6 Green Drink

Blend 3 apples, 3 pieces of celery, 3 whole cucumber, 2 peeled or unpeeled ginger roots, 3 heaping handfuls of parsley & 3 heaping handfuls of spinach together [8 oz. every hour for 8 hours ].

Day 3:  Fresh 9 Super Colon Detox

Blend 3 beets, 3 large carrots, 3 pieces of celery, 3 whole cucumber, 2 peeled or unpeeled ginger roots, 3 juiced lemons, 3 heaping handfuls of lettuce, 3 heaping handfuls of parsley & 3 heaping handfuls of kale [ 8 oz. every hour for 8 hours ].

+ Note: this may come out more than 64 ounces; share it with friends or family. Only drink the 64 ounces per day. If it comes out to less than 64 ounces [ which it shouldn't ], blend together 1 bell pepper and 1 cucumber to add to mix.     Do you make this with a juicer or with a blender? Instructions say “blend” but I’m thinking that wouldn’t taste very good :) .

      You can make it with a blender, however, a juicer is best. Either way works though!

    silly question but the amount that you have listed… is that going to make the 64 oz. a day? or do you need to multiply all that by 8x? haha sorry!

    I was looking for a cleanse that didn’t look like it would kill me! What about the lean protein and veggies after 6 pm though? How much of them? :)

    • You get to eat a fist full of veggies or lettuces and then 6 ounces of protein [ like tofu, oysters, seafood, chicken, beef or eggs ] at night. I like eating protein over a bed of spinach. Hope this helps!

    Can you post a link to the full instructions for the cleanse or a copy of it? And how much lean protein with veggies are you eating after 6? I just had a baby 12 weeks ago and am nursing, but I want to do a little pre-holiday party cleanse so I can feel extra awesome in my little black dress. So I’m looking for a cleanse that still has a fair amount of calories…thanks so much! Love the blog!

    My sister got me a 3 day cleanse for my birthday from Blue Print Cleanse and it was pretty awesome, however; it comes with a pretty not so awesome price tag. My colon hydro therapist recommended the Juicers 3-day but I live in Oceanside and have to be at work at 730… no way can I get to Solana Beach for the juice. I just so happened to come across your website when “googling” and I am wicked excited to have found it. I did have a question about the apples, should they be red or green? Also, is there more to the cleanse? If so, could you share?

    Again, I am so happy that I found your website and I have been looking at all the recipes… Yummy……. Do you have any for tofu, besides the busy salad? My son loves tofu but I can only make tofu burgers….. Thanks… Amy
